About Our Text Messaging Program
CareSola, LLC ("CareSola," "we," "us") sends text messages to patients and members who request them as part of our healthcare advocacy services. Our messaging program is used for:
- Sign-in verification codes (one-time passcodes): When you sign in to the CareSola patient app, we text a 6-digit code to the phone number you provide to verify your identity.
- Care notifications: Appointment reminders and messages from your care team, if you have opted in to receive them.
How You Opt In
You opt in to receive sign-in verification codes by entering your phone number on the CareSola patient app sign-in screen and tapping "Text me a code." The sign-in screen displays the following consent language before any message is sent:
"By continuing, you agree to receive a one-time passcode by text message at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Sign-in codes are sent only when you request one by signing in. Care notifications are sent only as needed for your care.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. CareSola does not charge for text messages.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any CareSola text message to opt out of future messages. Note that opting out of sign-in codes will prevent phone-based sign-in to the patient app; contact your care team for assistance accessing your account.
