CareSola services are covered by Medicare Part B and most Medicare Advantage plans. We will verify your coverage before your first session and inform you of any potential out-of-pocket costs. You are responsible for any applicable deductibles, co-payments, or costs not covered by your insurance. We will never send you a surprise bill without prior notification.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state laws.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by your insurance for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
